  • Full payment is required when placing an order; event confirmation is contingent on payment receipt. Payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to future orders at current pricing. Rescheduling is possible with a minimum 7-day notice. However, within 7 days of the event, cancellations or rescheduling will forfeit payments.

    Please be aware that this policy also applies to COVID-19-related cancellations or rescheduling.

  • For a seamless experience, we suggest placing your order for balloon decor pieces at least one week in advance. This lead time allows us to craft your piece with care and ensures we have ample time to secure the right balloons, preventing any rush charges. Delivery and setup costs will be determined by the specifics of your project, but we're more than happy to provide you with an estimate at your convenience. Additionally, we can quote you a price for the removal of the decor once your event concludes. In most cases, our balloon pieces are designed with easy client removal in mind.

  • At Saskia Balloons, we pride ourselves on using top-quality balloon suppliers like Qualatex, Kaleidoscope, Tuf-Tex, and vibrant Betallic and Kalisan to ensure the longevity of your balloon bouquets and sculptures. Expect foil and plastic balloons to stay afloat for up to two weeks. Our latex balloons outlast those from conventional stores. Balloons larger than 9 inches can be treated with Hi-Float, a specially designed sealant that extends their buoyancy up to five times longer. Our balloon decor is designed to last throughout your celebration and often even beyond your expectations.

  • We take pride in our commitment to you. We guarantee that we will deliver your order as specified to the destination of your choice within the time frame you specify. In the unlikely event that we fall short of our promise, we will provide a full refund within 24 hours of being notified. While it's a rare occurrence, if you happen to spot any defects in a delivered balloon arrangement, we will promptly dispatch a replacement within 24 hours. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
